PARTICIPANT ATTENDANT CARE

What is Participant Attendant Care (PAC)?

Attendant Care services offer direct, hands-on assistance to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, addressing their functional needs in daily activities. This service is provided to allow the individual to remain within their home, participate in their communities and avoid institutionalization.

Let your case manager know you’d like to receive services from Moseki Wellness Services.


Ask to “pick” Moseki Wellness Services (MWS) as your provider. Sign the official pick list to confirm your choice.
