DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL (DSP)

TRANSPORTATION PROVIDER

Provide safe, reliable rides that help individuals stay connected to their community. We’re looking for a caring, dependable driver with a valid license, a clean record, and a heart for supporting others.

What You’ll Do

• Provide Person‑Centered support in daily activities
• Encourage independence and community involvement
• Promote safety, dignity, and respect
• Document services according to agency guidelines
• Build positive, supportive relationships with individuals served

What We’re Looking For

• A caring, dependable, and professional attitude
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work independently and follow support plans
• Valid driver’s license (for transportation‑related shifts)
• Must pass background checks required by Indiana BDDS
